If accommodations are necessary for a particular class, it is the student’s responsibility to contact the Office of Accessibility Services or (304-293-6700) and make appropriate arrangements. The Office of Accessibility Services will then contact appropriate instructors and inform them of the agreed-upon accommodations. It is the instructor’s responsibility to provide students with all necessary accommodations as outlined by the Office of Accessibility Services. In the absence of such documentation, instructors are not responsible for providing accommodations.
